Returns and refunds

MEV Skincare's return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return products within a certain period of time.

Here are the main points of our return policy:

  • Return Period : We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

  • Return Policy : Products must be returned in their original packaging, intact and unused. Please include all accessories and promotional materials included with your purchase.

    • Please note that, for security reasons, we only accept returns of products whose packaging or protective film has not been opened or tampered with.

    • Please be especially careful with skincare products as we do not accept returns of these products without the protective film, unless they are gift sets.

    • In any case, the product must be returned in perfect condition, with its original packaging, any external packaging, accessories, and instructions.

    • NB: It is important that the product has not been used or opened in any way, as for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used products. If the product does not meet these conditions, the return request will not be accepted.

  • Shipping costs : Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

  • Refund : Once the return has been received and verified, we will refund the value of the returned products. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Products : If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide you with a suitable solution.

To exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 6, the Buyer and/or the recipient of the order must complete the appropriate Return Form, which can be completed by clicking HERE .

Alternatively, and limited to withdrawal pursuant to Article 6, the Customer may communicate the withdrawal through an explicit declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). To comply with the withdrawal deadline, the Buyer must send the Return Form or the explicit communication before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
